Paddle Board Fitness Classes

Lake Erie Paddler offers paddle board fitness training classes built around the paddle board as the central element in developing core strength and cardio vascular conditioning.

We will be offering classes and fitness regiments designed for paddle boarders of all levels:

We will work on paddle technique, cardio, and core fitness in all class levels.  We will offer water, land, and water-land combination classes.  We will offer race training and cardio conditioning.  Our classes will have sections for dynamic warm up, interval training, and cool-down.

We will focus on improving strength and conditioning using the paddle board as the central element in enhancing your core strength through programs targeted to a client’s unique needs.

We will engage the core muscle groups through land and water exercises including some of the following:

  • Paddle Board Sprints
  • Pushups
  • Situps
  • Squats
  • Lunges
  • Running
  • SUP Yoga
